Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
No — sent invoices are locked. Void and reissue, or use a credit note.
Short answer
Only draft invoices are editable. Once an invoice is sent it is locked to protect the audit trail. To make a change, void the invoice and issue a corrected one, or issue a credit note for the difference.
