Valinor Ledger is for accountants and finance teams who want more time to help the business make decisions. The platform brings accounting, operations, reporting, and planning around a shared ledger, with specialist agents designed to prepare work for review. The broader coordinated platform remains our product vision.
Yes. Create an account on the Free plan without a payment method. Free includes 1 user, up to 10 invoices per month, a single currency, and standard financial reports. Upgrade from Settings, then Billing when you need more.
Bank-feed support uses Plaid and requires the service to be configured. Reconciliation matches transactions against your ledger, with suggested categories for imported activity. During reconciliation, automatic matches require an exact amount, a single candidate, and a high confidence score. Ambiguous or weaker matches stay as suggestions for your review.
The conversational assistant reads your books and answers questions using the same report builders as your financial statements. It does not write to your ledger. You can use it to understand cash, balances, and overdue customers.
No. The platform explorer and finance-team stories combine existing foundations with planned workflows. The full 21-role team, general-purpose agent builder, company scheduler, exception inbox, and cross-client skill sharing are part of the vision. Native QuickBooks and Xero migration is planned. External banking, payment, payroll, and commerce services depend on provider setup and availability.
The assistant answers questions about your books. Agent roles handle specific tasks, such as collections, revenue proposals, and close preparation. Enabled roles prepare proposals for review by default. The full 21-role department and broader coordination are the product vision. Approving an example on the AI team page only changes the illustration.
Yes. Export financial reports to PDF or CSV, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, and receivables aging. Professional also includes unlimited users for working with your team.
Give each expense a category, vendor, and expense account, with a date, description, and payment method. You can also mark billable costs, track tax-deductible flags, and associate an expense with a project.
Professional includes multiple currencies. Customer and vendor records determine the currency of their invoices and expenses, while financial reports use your company’s base currency. Choose that base currency carefully during setup.
No. The interactive examples across our site use fictional businesses and sample amounts. Try the invoice stages, confirm a sample bank match, or switch the report period. These controls only change this page and never send an invoice, connect a bank, or record a transaction.
Understand what changed. Challenge an assumption. Help the business choose its next move.
